Creative Director – You First Italy

General Description

• We are seeking a Creative Director to assist in establishing a new department at our Milan offices. We require someone highly creative yet possessing strategic capabilities to understand our clients’ needs and craft optimal proposals for them. Skills in graphic design will also be appreciated.
• For this role, we need an ambitious individual with a high degree of autonomy to oversee the entire strategic and creative process.

Essential Duties

• Client briefing reception
• Contributing creative solutions
• Developing proactive campaigns and plans for clients
• Strategic analysis

Minimum Requirements

• 10 years of experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry
• Native Italian, High level in English
